Orders & Processing

Order Confirmation — Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Processing Time — Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. During busy seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.), processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated.

Custom Orders — Custom orders, event gifts, and bulk orders require additional time. Please email info@inspirebymk.com for custom timelines and pricing.

Shipping

Where We Ship — We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping Times — Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages — If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can help.

Returns & Refunds

• Keeping bath salts in their sealed container until ready to use
