At InspireByMK, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive. If for any reason you find yourself less than enchanted with your purchase, please reach out within 30 days of receipt. We'll work closely with you to find the perfect resolution.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items only
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons

What Can Be Returned

Because our products are handcrafted aromatherapy items — including shower steamers, essential oil rollers, hydrosols, bath salts, lotions, balms, and bug sprays — we have to follow strict safety and hygiene standards. We are happy to accept returns of:

  • Unopened products in their original packaging
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective
  • Products that were incorrect from our shipping error

What Cannot Be Returned

For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened, used, or partially-used products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders, personalized items, and event-specific custom batches
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Email us at info@inspirebymk.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you'd like to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. Photos (if the product arrived damaged or defective)

We'll respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not ship any returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may delay your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@inspirebymk.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right — typically by sending a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and find a solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
